BozemanCARES is a single-issue political action committee (PAC) registered with the State of Montana Commissioner of Political Practices (COPP). As a registered 527 organization (federal tax status), donations to BozemanCARES are not tax-deductible.
BozemanCARES is obligated to use funds for the stated tax-exempt purpose of advocating for public school funding and all funds will be used for those purposes.
