Who is BozemanCARES?
Community for Academic Resources and Education (CARES) is a non-partisan political action committee in Bozeman, MT, focused on maintaining our strong public education system. We value Bozeman’s rich history of public support for public education. CARES is a volunteer-led coalition of parents and community members.
Our purpose
CARES advocates for public school funding, recognizing that strong schools have a positive effect on local businesses, neighborhoods, and the broader community.
We share facts, stories, and the needs of students and teachers to promote sustainable funding for our schools.
We educate Bozeman voters on important school funding issues and their impacts. We provide insights to school board trustees and administrators, and we raise awareness among legislators and community leaders about sustainable funding challenges.
As dedicated volunteers, we work to promote community engagement with our schools, demonstrating support for teachers and students.
